Does anyone have a Zanussi Jetsystem 1000 washing machine ?

Question:Can you tell me what the code E20 means, the machine is getting half way through a wash and then stopping i think it is the pump because the water will drain through the filter but not during a wash. Help, i now have a washing mountain.
