Cleaning Double Hung Windows?

Question:I would like any help in how to clean the outside of double hung windows, I have security screens that cannot be removed, I used to use a high pressure hose to blast the dirt off, but we are now on water restrictions and we are not allowed to use a hose at all. Is there a product I can spray on and possibly leave then just throw a bucket of water to get it off. It is really hard as I cannot scrub the windows because of the screens. I can hardly see out of the windows they are that bad. HELP!

Answers:
Well, if you have double hung windows you should have a small tilt latch on the top of the bottom part so you could tilt in the window and clean it. Good luck

I can suggest this. Ask in your local hardware store for a double rubber window cleaner. It´s like a normal hand held rubber , which open´s . One part fit´s on the outside off the widow & the other on the inside. So when you clean the window from the inside ,the outside gets cleaned at the same time.
pay someone else to do it
