How do i clean mud stains out of a cotton t shirt?

Question:It's a 100% combed cotton white t shirt. The stains got on the t shirt a couple of days before i put it through the wash once. Did it again, pre-applying Vanish, the stains remain.. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks

Add 1/2 cup of ammonia to the wash load. Do not add chlorine bleach - the combination can have fatal consequences!

Soak it in hot water with oxyclean. Works for me! I hope you didn't already put it through the dryer. It might not work then.
