How do you shrink sneakers?

Question:i got sneakers to big and i want to know if theres a way to shrink them

Answers:
Your sneakers can be "shrunk" a bit but I am not sure how "too big" they are for your feet. You can wash them in the washer (I wouldn't use HOT water because of the damage it can do to the rubber part of your sneakers). You can wash them in warm water and then dry them in the dryer (again, being careful to not get the sneakers so HOT that it damages the rubber). You can dry them at a lower heat, just dry them longer and check on them periodically to be sure they're not being damaged. Sometimes this can shrink them a bit but remember, the rubber sole is not really going to shrink like the cotton uppers will. You might make the tops of the sneakers a bit tighter with this method which might make them fit a bit better but if they're more than one size too large, your best bet would be to just wear thicker socks and maybe try the method I mentioned for washing them...That is your only option as far as I can see for actually being able to use this particular pair of sneakers. Good luck to you!!!

Why don't you take them back to the store and see if you can exchange them? (This will only work if you haven't grubbed them up). I don't think sneekers will shrink; its not like cloth, its mostly rubber/plastic; would be easier to make your feet bigger!
If you wash them and put them into a hot dryer they will shrink...Be careful though depending on how they are made it could mess up the glue on the sole of the shoe
wash them in hot water in the washing machine. put them in the sun to dry.
