Question:What are "fun" (more enjoyable) and quick ways to clean my room (13yrs)?

Well... i have a habit of doing the exact same thing... some hip hop songs(*or anything that gets you moving...) and the job gets done much faster...
I also try to get someone to come help me out. then you can like have a whole heap of fun simply acting wacky...

Put your fave music on and dance as you clean, tidy up as you finnish with stuff so there is less to do in one go.
put the radio on and sing while u clean, dust once a week, with the vaccuum, and try to keep it clean , lol
Im also 13, my room is still messy. Well, hear music while you're cleaning your room, it's also fun when you find your things you were searching for them from before or finding money through your things! Good Luck!
be drastic and not keep stuff that you do not use as it is a lot easier to clean when there is less stuff. Have rules about always hanging up clothes as this makes it easier to organise when things are not just lying in a heap. Try changing the furniture around as this makes it more interesting to clean. Perhaps have new curtains for summer and winter. If you are motivated in cleaning you will be have a lot of help as it will be appreciated by the rest of the family.
put on your fav music and clean an area large enough to dance
Put on your favorite music first. Put your clothes away and make your bed. Now put books and papers and what not in it's place. Now dust and vacuum. If you do a little everyday it won't get that dirty and it will stay easy to clean.
I always start my cleaning routine by making a playlist of good music, then i hit play and turn up the tunes i start with an easy task like making my bed then pick up laundry on the floor.
make your room easy to clean by doing a big clean up first and then do a little chore everyday make your self a little chart and go from there. you will feel better when you accomplish something little everyday.
This is the quickest way I know how . First , don´t switch your computer off , you will need it in 15 min´s time. Set your alarm clock to go off in 15 min´s time , see how much you can do in this short time. Ready, GO. All dirty clothes next to the bedroom door, along with any other thing that dose not belong. Never waste time taking things back to their rightful places till you have finished what you are doing. All clean clothes to the closet, fold top´s jumpers, hang up jean´s skirts, don´t forget the shoes from under the bed. STOP. If you think you have had enough for the day then stop, If you think you would rather carry on , then do the same again. Just remember, when ever you finish doing your cleaning , always reward yourself. Come back here , ask or answer a few Q. 15 min´s here and there will get your room nice and clean. after all , you don´t want to spend all day indoors cleaning , when the sun is shinning outside. They don't clean your room for you however. On the flylady site there is also a place where you can see the Ripley's challenges.. these are fun cleaning games that will get your room clean and decluttered. Also you can check out the camp gonnawannafly. (also on the flylady website) they give you fun challenges also. For example have you ever went kitchen skating. You would have to have your parents ok, but it is really fun. (you put on old socks, dip your feet in soapy water and skate around the kitchen) They have more challenges and games on the website-Just look for the camp gonnawannafly and Ripley's challenge link on the first page, you might have to scroll down a ways.
