Need to know about carpet cleaning?

Question:Have glue on my carpets has anyone ever gotten glue out of one please let me know. Thanks,Debbie

Answers:
well glue stains are much about the same as chewing gum stains . So to remove the glue/ gum, you freeze it off. Put a few ice cubes in a plastic bag and rub. It will leave a stain, as dose the chewing gum,so to remove these stains, you whip up one egg white lay on top off the stain for 10 mi´s then wash. When you have washed all the stain out, lay a towel with a heavy object on top. This will help soak up any remaining water from the underside of your carpet, Leave like this over night , then dry with natural air. You might find that this area of carpet will need to be steam cleaned at a later date, As sooner or later the water mark always reaches the surface. PS, sound a bit of a joke about the egg white , but it works, forgot to say when the stain has frozen , gently scrape off with a blunt knife. hope this helps you out
