What's a good home remedy that I can use to clean my disc's off without scratching them?
Question:
Answers:
rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth
My sister flushes her disks in the toilet ..she swears by it.
I usually spray Endust for electronics onto a soft cloth (like the ones you wipe glasses with) and that seems to work wonders. If I can't find those cloths I use Viva paper towels and blow off the dust left behind. If the disc has just been sitting around I just wipe it on my t-shirt, similar to my cell phone screen cleaning method.
i heard toothpaste works..i tried it on a few of my discs and it took some of the really small scratches out but not the bigger ones..
large file used by farrier the one with black handle
They make a wax filler, works great. I know u can buy it at CD Tradepost but i dont know if u have one of them, maybe u can find it at best buy or walmart
Try rubbing alcohol wipes or cotton balls with the alcohol on it. It dries quick and won't scratch.
