How do you remove Cement out of clothes?

Question:My Husband lays tile for a living and he wipes his hands on his clothes, even after I wash them they still look dirty. I use Tide and oxyclean and it doesnt work, any suggestion?

If you are faced with a stain of concrete dust on clothes rub ordinary liquid laundry detergent and spray the area with white vinegar. It seems to get the concrete out. You can also add about a cup of vinegar to the load.
