Oil Based Paint Removal from Clothing
To remove oil based paint from clothing, mineral spirits should remove the paint from most fabrics. Rub the stain with a clean white cloth dipped in mineral spirits until the paint is removed. Launder as usual. Do not use mineral spirits on delicate fabrics such as rayon or acetate. =)

try paint remover or nail polish remover
it wouldnt maybe with the help of some really expensive cleaning deterents. i dont no if this will work but u can try to use hair spary i didnt belive it myself but it is a good cleaning tool and if u have ink stains it works just great i tried on my pants and it's all gone all u have to do is spary and then riesen in cold water in till its gone hope this helps im not a pro
