i too have used many products but my favourite now is JIF... i cleaned with it 2 weeks ago on the bath and shower and it still looks as if i did it yesterday and i have 4 kids! its good stuff!
I have the thing but i don't remember the name. I don't have the problem in my new home so I don't have any. Anyway, go to a boat store and buy the cleaner that cleans the outside of fiberglass boats, works like a charm. Ace hardware handled in my town before I moved. Makes sense, doesn't it? Try it, it will work with no scrubbing!!
Check out some non abrasive cleaners. On my site http://www.exquisite-bathroom-vessel-sin... I've listed some for various materials that may help. And if you're wanting something a bit more 'green', there is info as well. Good luck!
I use a spray called Scrub Free with Oxy-just spray it on, let sit for a few minutes, and wipe. It works great-I live in an area with very hard water and it not only removes the soap scum but the hard water stains as well.
I use that new foaming soft scrub. You spray it on and let it sit a bit and then wash it off. Also I use this shower spray from Mr. Clean. Yo ujust spray it after each bath or shower and I swear to you it keeps your tub and tiles clean for long periods of time. Hope that helps :)
You do not want to use anything abrasive on fiberglass or enamel. Here is a safe formula that works unbelievably well and easy, with hardly any work on your part. It will not hurt the finish. Mix a thhick paste of baking soda and vinegar (it will bubble like crazy), then paint it on the areas to be cleaned. Let it sit for awhile. Using a sponge with the scrubby on one side (it's gotta be non-metal scrubby) simply give a little scrub and then rinse. It will sparkle like new.
