Bethany, I'm sorry you've got a grape juice stain (I say rinse with cold water for quite a while and then a stain treatment, wash, and if it doesn't come out... bleach!) but I'm really happy that you're posting a question that isn't about baby names ;)

Grape Juice Stain Removal from Clothing
Remove grape juice stains by mixing equal parts vinegar, water and dishwashing soap in a squeeze bottle. Shake, and work it into the spot. Let stand for a few minutes and flush with water.
Good Luck! =)
KABOOM!!
Well I don't know if you have a Dollar General in your area, if you do, pick up a bottle of "Mean Green" and scrub it on the stain, it's not clorox so it won't hurt the fabric and yes the liquid is green but it won't stain it worse. This stuff I swear has to be good for ANYTHING, like oil stains. If that doens't work- there's this tub for like 99Cents at AutoZone that's in a Blue & White container with a shirt on top that says it's great for Stains too- it's right next to the Orange GoJo mechanics use but anyway- that stuff in the blue and white container? My boyfriend's a truck driver and gets 5th wheel grease on his white hoodies and that stuff gets even 5th wheel grease off. I know, I should probably not buy him anymore white hoodies but hope that helps~!
You don't say what color The shirt is. If its white, Then read The label, and make sure you can use bleach, take 1/4 cup of bleach and 1/4th cup of water mix and put a little on at a time, wait a few seconds, and then rinse, keep doing this until the stain is gone, and do NOT use hot water.
If it is a colored shirt then try, 1/4th cup of alcohol and 2/4th cup of water, and pour half of it on the stain, wait a few seconds and then squirt some dish washing detergent and scrub, again, do this until the stain is gone.
another solution is ammonia.
