How do I dispose of an old coffepot I am no longer using?
Question:It is plastic and stainless steel so can I recycle it or does it just go in the regular trash? It is burned so I don't want to donate it as it's not in the best condition. I don't want to throw it away if I can recycle it but I'm not sure if that's the right way to dispose of it. Any suggestions are very appreciated. Thanks.

Goodwill or the Salvation Army will be happy to take it off your hands
Your fine to throw it in the regular trash. We just threw away our old one last week when we got the new one.
Throw it in the trash
to recycle will require that you disassemble the unit and put the different pieces in the right recycle bin...metal , plastic, and glass.. but if you have the time to remove a few screws by all means do the world a favor and recycle it. THANX !
I threw mine out in the regular trash the other week that was no longer functioning, but I did keep the glass decanter, pulled off the plastic lid, and now have it as a planter, it looks great! (but if you do have the local resources please do recycle!)
