If a spider walked on another spiderweb--would it get stuck??

They wont. Its how the legs are made. They have a "third claw" and "spiny hairs" that they use for walking over threads. these two hold the thread in between and the "spiny hairs" push the thread outward (with slight force) forcing the thread out of the claws, whether they are sticky or not...
