How do you get a little oil stain off of a shirt?
Question:I have 2 little oil stains on one of my turquoise shirts and Im not exactly sure what I spilled on it!! I've tried re-washing it and using a stain remover stick on it. It's one of my favorite shirts soo Please HELP!! :)

oil is very hard to get out of clothes. it stains real bad and the stains usually won't come out
Go to an auto store, and they have this stuff there thats called like orange goo or something like that, it removes oil and all that stuff, then after smearing that on the spots... really rub it in there, then throw it in the wash. That should help. Or use dish soap *grease fighting* which should help. Good luck
I use a squirt of WD-40 to get oil out of fabrics. It works wonders! Especially with food types of oils, or even most automotive oils and greases. If whatever it is is dirty, like used oil from a car, then sometimes it takes a few treatments.but try it on your shirt. I have never had the WD-40 spray discolor my clothes either. Just spray it on and leave it for a minute or two, then wash it out as regular by hand or in a machine.
Use ordinary dish detergent - not the dishwasher kind. Rub it in real good and rewash. If that doesn't work, soak it in water with a big handful of oxi-clean for a while. With little kids, things are always getting oily stains and either one of those tricks usually does the job!

If it is white, then wash it in bleachable right away. They also have colored bleach now, be careful though or else bleach might put holes in your clothes.
Start ur wash, pour 1 can of coke in the wash. Thats what I use When my husband gets grease on his jeans good luck.
