get a container of Fresh Force SHOE FRESHENER. It really works. It should be in the Household and Body Care section.
Take out your insoles and open up the mouth of the shoe wide after using them... This is more of a future preventative measure than a present remedy. Good luck.
you can put a bounce fabric sheet (a dry one) in each shoe. let them sit outside for about a day. i also use them in my kids shoes after i wash them while they are drying. it really does help..
The best idea would be to replace the inner sole´s , you can buy new ones from your local chemist shop.
Sprinkle baking soda in them
