Did you try the old fashioned kitty litter and sand? mix more litter and less sand and scrub it in with your shoes. Should take it off. It might take a few times.

You best be careful with chemicals on asphalt or you may find the reaction to be your asphalt is breaking down..Acetone or varsol..I would not do that. Acetone is toxic. Varsol is a petroleum product and will break down the asphalt..Check around your local hardware store of check with a paveing company that does drive ways..They would know what to use that is safe for the asphalt and for you
Try some Muriatic acid (used to clean pools). Mix it about 50/50 with water and brush it into the concrete. Be careful with acid. Always wear rubber gloves and eye protection.
Believe it or not, its Coca Cola, True, just pour it over the stain and leave it for as long as possible.
Cat box litter, either regular clay or clumping, is great for absorbing liquid spills, especially oil of any kind, on cement or concrete floors. Pour it on the spot and then grind it into the the spot with your foot. Leave it to allow it to absorb all of the oil that it can. Then sweep it up. Repeat the process if necessary
