Answers:
The best thing I have used is a product called Nature's Miracle. I moved into a completely smelly apartment with wood floors and this stuff made the odor disappear - use liberally!
let borax soak it up
Get rid of the Cat....
Scrub it hard with cat fur. This may not get rid of the stains but it will teach the cat not to do that again.
Use BAM!
use hot water and bleach but getting the cat fixed will not stop her from spraying
Vinegar works well to get rid of the strong smell.
feline urine is the worst to get rid of and can not rid yourself of the smell in carpet.
In hard surfaced materials like marble, just use bleach lightly and offten until you get the desired look.
For the grout, use bleach/clorox the same and drench and clean until gone...if not working, scratch it out and add new grout of the same color and let dry. The grout is not a biggie.
There's a product you can buy called Urine Off! I know it sounds suss but it worked on our old house (three old dogs means lots of urine stains) before we moved out. We had slate floors, concrete floors, and carpeting, and it worked for all of them.
Good luck!
I would use nature's miracle.
