Other than fumagating my house how do i get rid of fleas?

Buy Raid foggers or Hot Shot foggers; make sure the label says for fleas; follow directions carefullyl Would suggest redoing agin in about three weeks to be sure you have killed any eggs that hatched after the first fogging. They both work great, but get any pets out of the house; open cabinets etc. As I said; Follow directions very carefully.
Sprinkle salt all over your carpet.
dump gasoline on the carpet, sofa and curtains, light a match, throw it on the carpet. RUN
Fleas gone in a few hours.
properly treat your pets, and you MUST vacuum the entire house and furniture twice a day. On top of that, get rid of the bag or empty the vacuum after each use, otherwise the fleas will get back out.
Do this for a week, and you should be rid of them.
At night, place a baking pan of warm, sudsy water in the affected area...try burning a light by it as well...
the fleas are attracted to the light and the warmth - they will jump into the water and the soap bubbles coat them so they can not get back out.
in the morning, dump the water and repeat...
