Unfortunately dust gone..not an option. There are ways to keep allergens down try a bag less vacuum and new air conditioning filters. That should minimize it.
Dust is generated by the inhabitants of your home, mainly dogs, cats and humans. It's composed of skin cells that slough off. You can't get rid of dust. You can try elaborate filters on your furnace but that's not likely to help much.
Air purifiers do the job. The best ones use a changeable filter that can trap even germs, smoke and odors in addition to dust. Air ionizers are a cheaper solution if dust is the only thing that bothers you.
I would try an air filter, since your skin is going to shed dead skin cells, and if you have pets.
It is not possible since there is dust EVERYWHERE!!
