Is there a commercial carpet cleaner here?
Question:we have a office with office carpet any time u shampoo or try spotting for a stain it turns white why? i dont understand why it leaves white behind

either you have stains of Clorox... or
you are putting to much soap in your solution... and not rinsing. .

What kind of carpet shampoo is being used for the cleaner?
Does it eventually go back to the normal color ... if so, it's just foaming up a bit from all the junk cleaning agents you have poured into the carpet and never extracted.
If you are using an extractor ... it could be that "carpet fresh" that everybody including my wife likes to throw all over the place. It could also be drywall dust that was not cleaned up prior to carpet installation that is now being drawn through the backing of the carpet.
Call a pro ... get it done right.
