Making longer sleeves?
Question:I just got a 100% cotton t-shirt and its fine, but the sleevs are a little too short. What's a good way to stretch them?

I'd go to a store that specializes in sewing and ask them what to do.
Don't stretch the sleeves, just make your arms shorter :-P
Add a small lace edge to each sleeve.
I don't think you can stretch cotton after it has shrunk.
You really cant' without making it distorted.
If you are male, there is not a lot I can suggest. (other then removing them all together and making it sleeveless)
If you are female, you can try to add some sort of decoration to the sleeves. Stop at hobby lobby.
Take a contrast color similar fabric like the T-shirt and stich extended sleeves to the edge of the short sleeves.
