Is it top loading? Looks like your agitator is ripping the clothes. I dont think there is much you can do other then get a new machine. Make sure its a front loader. I would tryto call the company and see if they will come take a look at it. It shouldnt be doing this. Maybe it just needs a new rubber gasket or something somewhere. Be very firm with them. It helps if you have the reciept. Good luck!!
Check it for a piece of metal that is pointed inside the drum.Just push back down to get the snag maker out.I would also ask if you have seen ants in your laundry room.I once had the problem of my hubby's work clothes getting little holes in them.I then by chance picked up some laundry to do and seen the ants.My Mom said they go for sweat.I then started putting them to wash before I went to bed every nite,problem solved.Hope this helps...
Are you closing all your metal zippers? This one gave me fits until I figured it out.
