Try axe body spray or something like Big Sexy Hair (Hairspray) and scrub, it should come out

Try the cheapest hair spray you can find, with a high alcohol content-it works with ink. You can also try a stuff called "Goo-Gone." It works really well on lots of stuff and doesn't stain.
I agree with the WD40 I use it all the time cleaning offices getting ink off of counter-tops. WD40 is a good water repellent too.
