Try using C.L.R. cleaner (calcium, lime rust)
CLR or The Works tub & shower cleaner.

CLR (as suggested earlier) also works really well too, but doesn't smell very good.
The CLR is made for that lime scale but I have found that Easy Off BAM! works on EVERYTHING!! My mom swears by it. I had to buy another bottle because she used all mine!! It works faster than the CLR too.

use lime away, scrub with a magic sponge, i did it and it workeked, and believe me the liime scale was very heavy on the tiles and doors.
Using CLR or Lime-away. Also using straight white distilled vinegar will take off calcium and lime with a little bit of elbow grease. It also works really great for faucets.
