Can I use S.O.S clean'n toss pads inside the toilet, or will it scratch?

it will proabably scratch. do u have stains... then try strait bleach, let it sit then u'r toliet brush... if that doesn't work... then it could b lime build-up... LIME AWAY makes a product for JUST the toliet as well... that should work.
