Question:

Answers:
try using peroxide. i work in a college athletic department and we use peroxide to get blood off uniforms. I would do a spot check somewhere where no one can see first, especially if the carpet is a dark color.

try using peroxide, just pour a small amount on the spot and when the area begins to fizzle scrub with a dab towel. This will take out the dark spots. Than go over with some warm water and soap. GOOD LUCK!
ice cubes in circular motion on the stain and dry up with a clean rag. you can also use a carpet cleaner but the cold ice will melt and help lift off the stains.
Soak with cold water & add salt, then leave for a few min“s . you will see the blood lift onto the salt. Next rinse with a cold water sponge
First time I read this, I thought TMI...but I guess it is better than just posting "How do I get blood off the carpet." :)

We've had luck with hydrogen-peroxide as well as Oxy Clean.
at most stores there is a blood, milk and other liquids stain remover, it works really well
peroxide that is how paramedics get the blood out of their uniforms
