Answers:
I can suggest this. Use Milton or any other kind of sterilizing solution , used for sterilizing new born baby´s drinking bottles. This will rid the smell

Buy a new car that is what I do whenever something goes wrong with the one I've got. Either that or buy new carpet for the boot, look up car upholsterers in your area and they should be able to match the type as well.
cream? chocolate or vanilla? LOL
remove the carpet and soak it in the bath with a solution of very weak bleach(capful) and bicarb of soda make sure its not hot water of the cream will curdle. then soak for 10-15 minutes then scrub it off. Dry naturally on the washing line and the smell should be gone.
lol what were you doing or darent i ask
Try a pet stain and odor remover. 'Urine Gone' works well. These stain and odor removers are meant to work on anything that is organic.
If you're not able to remove the carpet, sprinkle it liberally with bicarbonate of soda and talcum powder. Leave overnight, then vacuum out really well. Smell should be gone! I had spilled milk in my lounge carpet and after trying soapy water, Febreze and all other things, I tried this and the sour smell was gone!
if you can't remove the carpet clean it the spray with fabreeze it may not go all together with the first go but keep giving it a spray
