try baby wipes...I swear they take out so many stains.
If it is white use a mix of equal bleach and water then take a q tip and rub it.wash it immediately.if it is colored...try a stain fighter...they work well.

Seriously, rub some Shout on to the stain (do this ASAP) and let it soak for about an hour, then wash it. If it still doesn't come out, use Shout again and this time hand scrub it. You should start to see it come out, hopefully.
I've found that Oxi-Clean is great at getting out stains. It even removes sweat stains from my white shirts. I'd try soaking your shirt in warm water with some Oxi-Clean!

This is what I do take oxy clean (it is now in a liquid form in a spray bottle) spray it on the stain and use a old toothbrush to scrub it, then take liquid tide pour some on and take your tooth brush and scrub it again let sit for 10 minutes and wash. It should take it out, these products and this method as worked on almost all of my stains. GOOD LUCK!!
