Have you tried Oxy Clean? Otherwise look for an enzymatic cleaner and pretreat those areas before washing.
Use extra soap, forget all the special chemicals. Just use extra soap and then use extra deodorant!
try soacking it in warm water , viniger ... laungry it... then use alot of perfume on it if that warm wash doesnt work

Use the enzyme pet stain remover. The enzymes that remove pet stains and smells will do the same for your clothes.
Use one cup of baking soda in the machine, in addition to the laundry detergent you use when you wash your clothes. Ammonia also works
