How to smoke inside without getting caught?
Question:I need the smell to go completely from the house, preferably within 30 minutes.
Answers:
It will be hard, since non-smokers have better noses and can smell the smoke easily. Try opening a window, and set a fan in front of it to blow the smoke outside, it will dissipate more quickly that way than just blowing the smoke straight outside, or hoping it drifts toward the window on its own. Open another window on the opposite side of the house/room to create a draft.
Next time, buy a smoker's candle (available at most store that sell candles or on the cigarette aisle) and a smokeless ashtray. These ashtrays have a built in fan and charcoal filter to keep the smoke from a burning cigarette (or cigar) from getting into the air.
Of course, if you had an attic fan, it would clear the air in the house in about 5 minutes or less. Simply open several windows (at least one on each side of the house) and turn it on. Or even a box or window fan would work the same way.
As a last measure, spray Febreeze or other odor eliminating spray. Some are made specifically for smoke odors. Check the label.
the smell never goes,...
cant be done the smell will linger on clothes and furnishings etc and if you spray febreze everywhere it will arouse suspicion...
you cant i'm afraid. the smell of smoke to a non smoker is so pungant, there is no hiding it!
if you open all windows and run taps to oxiginate the air it may help a bit
Who wears the trousers in your house then?
You can't get rid of the smell, unless you smoke in a wind tunnel. While most smokers will not notice the smell, non-smokers definitely will.
People who are addicted to nicotine, but can't smoke for various reasons, will often use chewing tobacco to take the edge off their cravings.
bad boy. Who wears the trousers comments. lol rolling around on the floor
Do yourself and others a huge favour. Quit smoking. People may love you more for it and you would be much better with less chances of horrible lung and throat cancers.
Use charcoal it'll absorb the smell.
Hi, the only thing I can think of to tell you is, You shouldn't smoke. If you don't now, please don't start. I you have started, but it is still new to you, quit! I can't even describe to you how addicting smoking is. I know you have heard it all before, but your going to have to listen to it from me again, before I tell you what to do about the smell. I smoke . Every one in our family smoked while we where growing up. We would make up sayings,to ...well I don;t know why,to make it funny I guess, but one was ,A family that Smokes together ,Croaks together. Boy,little did we know! Mom died of lung cancer,Dad died of Emphysema. It's not so funny now,is it? I wished I didn't smoke. Hadley anyone smokes any more, you can't smoke at the Beaches,Parks, any outdoor public places such as a Ball Game. And I will tell you it embarrass me! I wished I never started. I have tried to quit, but for me, it's so addictive,I can't go without them. Not Cool, Not Fun, And it looks ugly! OK, here is what you do, Get a cloth wet with hot vinegar, wring it out, and spin it around the room a few times, Plus, get a couple of small bowls ,filled with pure ammonia, and set them in inconspicuous places ,around the room. You can pass with that. Think about what I told you OK? Bye
