I would use fingernail polish remover to take it out. I would start off with a couple of q tips and check the fabric first by dabbing some at the polish.
Well, one thing you shouldn't do is stick it in the dryer. It might explode and cause fire.
Try some rubbing alcohol unless it's a fabric like silk. Apply it with a cotton swab or maybe a cotton ball to both sides (inside and out) of your shirt. If the nail polish is dry, though, your shirt might be ruined.
