About once a month-depending how often the pets decide to nap in my bed when I'm gone. The kids sheets probably should be done more often. But as a mom I do what I can.
If they are not wet or dirty why make more work than I have to.

My bedlinen gets changed every week or more often if it's hot.
I also wash my duvets and pillows regularly, or they begin to smell slightly sweaty too.

I'm female and my sheets are changed religiously every Monday morning when my extra home help comes to do it. I can manage to wash and iron them myself but can't master making a bed from my wheelchair. Roll on August 13th when I go in for a new hip lol:D-

Weekly in the summer and fortnightly in the winter. I am a mum of 3, too much to wash and get dry every week in the winter when u cant hang them out.
