Never actually, I just wipe up spills! And vacumm every few weeks!

Depends, really; our kitchen is quite small and doesn't see much traffic except for actual cooking, so it may go as long as a month. Usually once a week along with all the other vaccuming/floor cleaning, though.

I run dust clothes across it twice a week. Swiffer wet jet between dustings and since we have sticky tiles on our floor i mop really good once a month. Unless of course someone (usually the husband) spills something and then i have to do an additional cleaning.
Every day! we have a cat so theres the litter tray in the kitchen and as i have 2 young boys always crawling around on their knees i have to mop at least once a day.
Honestly? Every other week. Do I think that's enough? No, not by any stretch of the imagination (I have a dog, a husband, an infant, and a two year old). Once a week would probably do much better.
