If I left wet laundry in the hamper for a day and now it smells all musty.?
Question:is it enough to use fabric softener sheets and put it in the dryer?.or do i have to wash it all over again? =\

i would wash it all over again! i wouldnt want to walk around smelling musty! and its not good for your clothes to sit wet like that!
It's probably alright to just dry it. But, it is possible for the clothes to get mouldy. If you suspect mould, then I suggest you wash it again.
wash it again it probably began to get moldy, wash it again but before putting it all in the washer put shout on it. it kills the smell and the mold if you just dry it the mold can still suvive and will ruin all of your clothes. good luck
I do that all the time...I usually have to wash it again, I think it's just the moisture and it gets musty.
You have to wash it all over, soon before you start to visibly see mold growing on it. If you just dry it, you will not kill the bacteria growing on it that is causing the smell. Also, fabric softener alone will not get rid of that smell. Trust me, I know from experience. You really don't want to put them in the dryer without washing them either because then the dryer will smell like those clothes.
rewash it and when the washer is full add a little vinegar or baking soda with the soap that will get rid of the smell
Wash it again and use half a cup (or a whole cup) of baking soda in the load. This works miracles!
