Dig out the grout with a grout saw and put in new.

There are all sorts of things but just wait a month and it might go away. How easy a fix is that?
You will have to bleach the caulking to make it become white again
Use some Soft Scrub on let set for a couple of minuets. Then rinse.
put a lil bleach on a rag and rub it on the red spots then rinse it clean.
