Use carpet spotter, Chemdry makes a good one sold at Home Depot, then try Oxywash to get the dye changed but it is tough,.

Have you tried OxyClean? You mix the powder with hot water and then pour it over the stain. Make sure you leave it like the directions say. Rinse and let dry. Maybe that will help.
