How do you correctly use a silver knife rest ? Which way does your knife edge face ?
Question:I know that they are sold in pairs but is it one rest per person or do you use the pair of knife rests to completely elevate the knife ?
Answers:
Just use one per person. Sharp edge facing inwards like it would if you were setting the table normally.
