pressure washer..
Best is to use bleach and pressure wash the concrete, it is algae from moisture that doesn't get thoroughly dry, algae can go into a mold so be careful. and if you have pets, make sure they stay away from it cuz it can cause animals problems. Get it pressure washed immediately. GOOD LUCK
Moss..use a pressure washer (rental item). Them mop some bleach water over the area. That will help keep down the moss.
