How can I safetly shrink a pair of blue-jeans?

Question:I'm a betweener as far as size, so need to shrink my new ones just a bit.

Answers:
Me, too, wash them in the hottest setting and dry them on cotton/high heat. I check them every 15 minutes or so and lay them over a pair of jeans I already own to see whether they are the same size. When they reach the desired size, I take them out of the dryer and allow them to dry the rest of the way hanging. Then, I never put them in the dryer again, wash them only in cold water and let them air dry to stay the same size.

90 degree machine wash
just wash them and then dry them like you normally would and put them on and then stretch them out if they are too tight.
