What is the best way to clean a stain off a suede lounge?
Question:We have just bought a new lounge setting and it is brown suede. We could not afford to get it scotch guarded as that was going to be $299. We haven't spilt anything on it yet, but if we do how would we clean it? most likely stain would be spilt dinner, drinks etc. Thanks :o)

To eliminate a fresh grease spot on a lounge, gently brush it with a soft toothbrush dipped in white vinegar. Let the spot air-dry, then brush with a suede brush. Repeat if necessary. You can also generally tone up suede items by lightly wiping them with a sponge dipped in vinegar. Good Luck !

I know from the supermarket here you can buy spray on scotch guard, it might be worth your while doing it yourself because my girlfriend has just got rid of her suede suite that wasn't protected because of the marks that she couldn't get off.
