The best thing to clean linoleum tile floor?

Question:I have tried everything on my bathroom floor. Pine-sol, Mr. Clean, Spick and Span, (I know that's not how you spell it, however it's a derogatory term so Yahoo won't let me put it) Lysol, and even plain water! But everything leaves an awful residue and streaks on it. If I use just plain water, the water beads up, then leaves the "bubble" marks on the floor. I have even tried rinsing the floor after mopping and drying it on my hands and knees with a towel, and that seems to work ok, but do I really have to do that EVERY time I want to clean my bathroom floor? Isn't there something out there made specifically for tile that won't leave a film?

Answers:
I ask tenants to use Brite vinyl and lineoleum cleaner in my rentals. They have gray and white vinyl floors with a little texture in which dirt and grease always seem to accumulate. I give them a bottle when they sign their lease. It cuts through grease and grime leaving a clean shine. It also doesn't seem to build up or turn yellow over time like other lineoleum cleaners and waxes do. I used it on my own vinyl floor when I lived on site and never had streaks or filmy residue.

lemon zest in boiling water.
I'm a total clean freak. I use a steam cleaner on everything. You'll be amazed at how much dirt it peels up. I use it on linoleum, my toilets, cleaning appliances, stainless steel...really you can use it on anything. They're kind of pricey, but it's so worth it. My family and I bought a Shark steamer. They're around 100.00 but all of us share it and use it so it was worth the money.
Bleach mixed with water will clean it fine but it will also remove any shine it has. They make whats called mop an glow,it will put a shine back on it after you clean it with bleach.Linoleum is not suppose to be waxed so I would bleach it to remove all the film then go back with mop an glow.
here is what I do

Wash with Vinegar and Water

1 part Vinegar to 10 parts water

I use 3 buckets

1 with clean (that will get dirty) water
1 with Vinegar Water
1 with plain water

Put a folded towel under your knees

First put rag in bucket #1 and wipe an area
Then use rag #2 in bucket # 2 on the floor to wipe
Move to next spot, use rag #1 & bucket #1 then rag #2 & bucket #2

Then use bucket #3 with rag #3 on the first spot, move to second area

When you are done with this on the entire floor, then you take a towel & buff (like you would a car)

NO film, Incredible Clean Floor, Ready to Walk ON when you are done
First clean it mop it really well with a mixture of white vinegar and hot water. Then use Mop and Glo on it. Thats what I do and my linoleum stays clean for a long time. Do NOT use bleach or any product with bleach on your linoleum, it tends to yellow the linoleum.
