Definitely try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It's great for cleaning things, like walls or floors that are slightly textured. It gets in the cracks. Be careful, though, if you use it on walls. It will take the paint off if you rub too hard.
Try Onyx nail polish remover (available at CVS)-- that stuff is like magic! Put a little on a Q-tip, rub it on the mark and it and should take it off with no problem.
try baby wipes .
Use Amodex spot remover with a magic sponge.
