I use this stuff in a tube called MAAS. I bought it at Wal-Mart in the cleaning isle. I use it for all my tarnishing needs. It brings it to a brilliant shine and it lasts a long time. I used it on my metal wedding cups 2 years ago and they are still stirling. A little of this stuff goes a long way.

There are rust removers that you put on a cloth and rub on something that is tarnished and it will remove the brown. You can usually get these at hobby stores...like Hobby Lobby.
