Question:and it started raining heavy, and now the dye from my jeans has made them go blue, anyone know how to clean them without runing them??

Are they leather? If so the dye will probably wash off if you use a mild detergent diluted in warm water and use a clean teatowel soaked in the liquid to wipe the shoes.
If they're fabric, stick them in the washing machine and if that doesn't work try it again with some Dylon colour washer - it's stuff that gets rid of accidentally dyed colours - you can get it from craft shops and fabric shops
You can try running them through the washer on cold wash/cold rinse and using OxyClean.
No guarentees but i would try a little bit of cif cream cleanser on a white cloth, that has bleach in it and will probably lift the colour from the leather...only use a bit though as you don't need much.
i use cif cream it gets everything off
Wesley's Bleach White , the product for tires,with a brush. I use it on all my running shoes.
I can suggest you use a sponge with cold water and a little fairy liquid, or any other washing up detergent, This should remove the stain. Rinse with cold water sponge. When your sure the stain is out leave them to dry in the fresh air
you could spray a stain remover on them and then either rub them with a cloth or put them in the washing machine.
alternatively you could get some cream cleaner and rub it off.
