Laundry Soap?
Question:What is the best combination of Laundry soap and fabric softener/dryer sheets to use for the very best smelling clothes?

Either Cheer Original or Tide with Bleach Alternative and Bounce Outdoor Fresh Scent! If your a girl, try Tide Simple Pleaseures Laundry Soap with Downy Simple Pleasures dryer sheets. My favorite is Water Lilly and Jasmine. I also like Rose and Violet. Oh what the heck!..Lavender and Vanilla smells good too!

For our towels we use the cheap SUN detergent, with liquid downy, then in the dryer we use BOUNCE with febreze
Honey, this is strictly a matter of preference. There are tons to choose from. Walmart and Target usually have a good selection of different scents and formulas to try for each additive

Well, many manufacturers make scented soaps, however, some people (such as me and my mom) tend to react negatively to liquid scents.
However, in order to achieve a good smell from your laundry, it's probably best to mix the detergent and the softener according to the instructions for your load size. Mostly, if you don't, they will not clean properly. They have been formulated to clean best in the proper quantities. However, to increase the applied scent of your laundry, it might be a good idea to increase the amount of the scent that you wish to have take precedence over your clothes.
OK- use Original Scent Gain and the Gain fabric softner sheets. My husband and kids ALWAYS get compliments on their clothes (I on the other hand get the compliments from my lotion and body spray)
