Best way is to use a carpet shampooer. I have agregate pea stone flooring in my hose and it works like a champ. Good luck

My answer for everything is MEAN GREEN. That stuff cleans everything with no scrubbing.
Outside , you could use a pressure washer.
Use Tilex Mold & Mildew Remover. Just spray and leave for about 30 minutes. Then rinse.
Soft Soap Cleanser with a soft scouring pad.
i just use Mr. Clean and a sponge mop. And then a scrubing sponge for the tough spots that don't come out with just mopping
