HELP ME! My favorite UGG boots... ruined? Stained?


Question:Ok, thank you all so much for reading this and I'll be even more thankful if you answer.

My favorite pair of sand UGGs are stained because I accidentally wrapped my legs around a metal chair in class and ended up with black streaks all over my boots. I used the UGG stain remover and some of it came off but there are still noticable streaks. Please help! I'm absolutely desperate. I'm not sure what the black waxy residue is but I know it's usually on anything metal because I've gotten it on my hands before. HELP, PLEASE!
