Throw them in the laundry if canvas, if leather buy some saddle soap...
You can wash canvas Converse sneakers. Put them in a pillow case, tie it shut, and wash/dry with a load of towels.
if they are suede use a little suede cleaner and the little brush that comes on top of it. scrub it all out and then add a protective coat. and next time dont puke on your shoes, or get out of the way if it is someone else who barfed on them.
