For cleaning outside the gutters, the high pressure washer will do the job. I live in Guam where its very humid and mold is a constant problem. The pressure washer handles the job.
Once in a while I use some simple green. I soak the area down, saturate it with simple green, scrub it with a fox tail or puch broom, then pressure wash it. Simple green is biodegradable and does not hurt the environment and it actually works very well.

I would not use a high pressure washer we did and broke the gutter i would just just a hose and a brush
If I were you I'd go and check out sears. If they didn't have anything I'd check out wal mart.

Krud Kutter works the best. You don't even need the pressure washer, just spray and wipe it clean.
Lowes has a wand that you just hook up to your hose and it is curved at the end to fit in the gutter. I would get that and no cleaner. You avoid the need to use the high pressure washer and you can usually do this with no ladder.
they make a special cleaner to mix for pressure washers, but instead of buying something i'd use something organic and cheap like vinegar and water.
just use what you got ,why go and get something better thats

good old elbow grease works best. if you use to high pressure yoou could cause more problelms than dirty gutters.
depending on your brand of power washer.. there are different spray fittings .. some of them can take paint off concrete.. no detergent required
I think one of the best cleaners is this product that I've found that works real well. It's called Thieves and it helps get rid of mildew and mold. Someone I know of used this product on the outside of there house and then used bleach next to it. The next year she went outside and looked at where she had put the Thieves and the bleach and there wasn't any mold or mildew where she put the Thieves, but there was all kinds or mold and mildew where the bleach was.
