By drying it afterwards.

by using glass cleaner or using a solution of vinegar and water to clean with
This is the way I wash my floor´s and I have ceramic tiles and marble flooring, all over my house. With boiling hot water, and a clean pop., This will clean your floor´s & leave them with no streaks . With the water being so hot the floors dry much quicker. also many people make the mistake of adding so much cleaning liquids to the water. This only makes the tiles fade their color. Try with a nice clean mop and boiling hot water, you will see how nice they come
Don't use a sponge mop. Use a little vinegar in VERY hot water to mop. I have a box fan that I set up to help the floor dry faster and it seems to help with the streaks and water marks.
